1.By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to accept and be bound by the following rules. This promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The Prize Draw is being held by Rapid Vehicle Management Ltd (Rapid), Unit F1, Imperial Business Estate, W Mill, Gravesend DA11 0DL.

2.To enter the Prize Draw, you will need to sign up to the open day using your full name, phone number and email address and attend the Rent To Buy Open Day hosted by Rapid PCO on Thursday 11th September at Unit F1, Imperial Business Estate, W Mill, Gravesend DA11 0DL. Your attendance must be recorded by signing in on arrival.

3.The giveaway is open to individuals who meet all the following criteria:

  • Are aged 25 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
  • Hold a valid Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) licence issued by Transport for London (commonly referred to as a PCO licence).
  • Have held a valid PCO licence for 6 + months.
  • Attend the Rent To Buy open day and sign in through Skiddle.

    4.The Prize Draw is open from Thursday 11th September, 10am – 3pm. You cannot enter if:

    • You are an employee of Rapid Insurance and Financial Services Ltd
    • You have been involved with arranging and/or running the Prize Draw
    • You are entering on behalf of someone else.

    5.The prize will be one (Silver, 128GB model 2025, wifi only).

    6.The Prize Draw will take place and a winner will be selected at the end of the Open Day on Thursday 14th September.

    7.Entries received after Thursday 11th September will not be entered.

    8.One (1) winner will be selected at random by computer software from all entries received. Only one entry per customer is permitted. Any multiple entries per customer will not be accepted.

    9.In the event that the winner is present when the prize draw takes place the Ipad will be handed over. If the winner is not present they will be notified by email to the email address provided when they have signed in and delivery will be arranged. If Rapid do not receive a reply within 30 days confirming acceptance of the prize, then we will reallocate the prize to another winner selected at random.

    10.Rapid’s obligations are limited to making the Prize Draw available to participating customers and fulfilling the Prize. Rapid shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of the Prize Draw.

    12.Rapid reserve the right to refuse participation in the Prize Draw if we identify any entrants have breached any of these terms and conditions.

    13.Rapid reserve the right to cancel and/or withdraw the Prize Draw without giving notice.

    14.Rapid will use your details for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw. Your details will never be passed onto any third parties. If you win the Prize Draw, we would like to publish your first name and county as the winner and use your information in any promotional activity and publicity only related to the draw. You have the right object to both.

    15.Rapid is not responsible for any lost, indecipherable, or misdirected emails or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.

    16.Rapid Vehicle Management Ltd. reserves the right to amend or cancel the Prize Draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Rapid shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the customer that is caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person’s participation in the Prize Draw; (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of the Prize Draw; (c ) any act or omission of any third party; or (d) any other events beyond Rapid’s control that may cause the Prize Draw to be disrupted or corrupted in any way.

    17.Rapid will do their best to resolve any problems relating to the Prize Draw.

    18.Rapid reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Prize Draw is not capable or likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention) or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Rapid that could corrupt or affect the administration, security or normal course of the Prize Draw.
